Dr. Won Hee Tak
General Dentist
Dr. Tak received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Albany in 1994. She obtained her DDS degree from NYU College of Dentistry in 1998, and completed a General Practice Residency at NY Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Tak has been practicing General/Family Dentistry in NY and NJ since 1998.
Mina Farag, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Mina Farag was born and raised in Egypt. He received his bachelor’s degree in dental surgery (BDS) from Cairo University in Egypt 2012. He then moved to the United States to continue his studies and graduated with honors from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
He is a member of the American Dental Association®, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the New Jersey Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Farag is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, from simple fillings to full-mouth rehabilitation. He believes strongly in continuing education, and he is committed to keeping up with the latest technological advances. Dr. Farag loves implementing art and science in restoring patients’ smiles. He works hard to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all the patients he treats.
Minimalism is a school of thinking that Dr. Farag appreciates, and applying that to dentistry, he is a conservative dentist who likes to use the least invasive techniques with his patients. He will also make sure to offer his patients the most advanced options available. He is honored by the trust placed in him by his patients, who truly value his advice.
When he is not in his dental offices, you can probably find Dr. Farag exploring new restaurants with his friends or serving with his church.
Priscilla Jung
General Dentist
Born in New Jersey but raised in Georgia, Dr. Jung spent most of her early school years in the South. She graduated from her high school with Academic Honors and went on to graduate with her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Emory University in 2016. Having been born in New Jersey, she decided to continue her education and return to the great state of New Jersey by completing her training in dentistry at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2021. While at Rutgers, Dr. Jung was on the Dean’s list 2019, and was on the executive board of Asian American Dental Society. Dr. Jung went on to complete post- doctorate training with a General Practice Residency in general dentistry at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. During this time, she received training in all aspects of comprehensive dentistry which included treatment of dental emergencies, medically complex patients, and implant dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Jung believes in good patient education, prevention and is passionate about providing individualized care to patients for the community in Blairstown, NJ.
Alicia Berg
Office Manager
Alicia comes to us with over thirty years of experience in the dental industry. She has diverse clinical experience in nearly every facet of dental care. She has spent most of her career as a registered dental assistant listening to her patients and sharing in their journey to have a beautiful, confident and functional smile. Alicia is active in her community where she serves on the Wallkill Valley Swim Conference, as secretary, for the past 8 years. You may also find her at the scoring table at your local high school swim meet in sussex county. At home, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty-fours years and three lovely daughters.
Amanda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda graduated from Eastern International College of Jersey City with high honors in 2020 as her class Salutatorian. The New Jersey Dental Hygienists’ Association awarded Amanda with The Gurenlian Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership qualities. Amanda was also the recipient of The EIC Leadership Award for exhibiting excellent abilities in building strong relationships with patients, classmates, faculty and staff while maintaining a high level of trust and credibility. During her time in hygiene school, Amanda worked as a dental assistant to gain additional knowledge in the dental field. She has been a chairperson for The New York New Jersey Blood Services for nearly a decade, locally hosting quarterly blood drives. Amanda loves brightening smiles! She spends a lot of time educating and encouraging patients to maintain good periodontal health. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and practicing calligraphy.
Lisa
Registered Dental Assistant
Lisa is our Blairstown native who was born and raised here! She sincerely values each patient like family and makes sure each patient is comfortable and relaxed in the chair before treatment. A fun fact about Lisa: she's also the owner of Village Sundaes, a local ice cream shop in town. When she's not catering to one of her six children, she's either scooping cones,
Dianne
Patient Care Coordinator
Dianne has been with the office for almost 12 years- she's the literal face of this office! Dianne is our insurance and billing coordinator who is responsible for making sure all things related to scheduling, billing, and insurance is handled smoothly. A fun fact about Dianne: she has a "recipe problem" and cannot stop collecting recipes. Next time you're in the office, ask her about what she's cooking today! She currently lives in Blairstown with her husband.
